Rehab and Beyond was founded in early 2018 by Jaden with the objective of providing high quality and affordable rehabilitation and allied health services beyond the four walls of the hospital and into the community.
Our Team
Jaden
Jaden holds a Master’s degree from Australia and has a decade of experience in public and private hospitals. He is well-versed in sports injury management, post-surgery physiotherapy, and rehabilitation for people with medical conditions such as stroke and Parkinson's disease. Jaden is passionate about providing physiotherapy treatment that is backed by science and research. He was even invited to present some of his own award-winning research papers in local and international conferences.
Recently, he partnered prominent orthopaedic specialists to give talks to Netball club players (on knee & ankle injuries) and GP doctors (on common shoulder injuries). He has also conducted workshops for other physios on the post-surgery management of hip & knee conditions. Jaden believes that "people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care". He strives to understand his clients’ needs, goals and priorities before selecting the most appropriate treatment approach. For his dedication and professionalism, he has earned many positive reviews as well as three Service Excellence Awards in as many years.
Debra
Debra Ow Pei Li is a physiotherapist with a strong passion in the management of musculoskeletal / orthopaedic rehabilitation and geriatric care. She worked in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) for 7 years as a senior physiotherapist, and has extensive experience in the acute, outpatient as well as community setting. She has rich experience working with patients in the home, seeing an array of musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions. She has a keen interest in promoting healthy living,and is an advocate of the phrase – Live Well, Age Well.
In the community scene, she worked closely with community partners to co-curate exercise programmes and conducted public talks on frailty as well as healthy ageing.
Debra is also a certified AHPC supervisor and clinical educator, who has supervised students from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) during their clinical placements.
